Course Beginner
Basic Handgun Class
In this course you will learn the basics of handgun safety and marksmanship. We will go over grip, stance, sight alignment, sight picture, breath control and proper trigger press. You will leave this class with confidence about the fundamentals for safe and accurate shooting.
Course CCW Defensive
Concealed Carry & Home Defense
Developing a personal & home protection plan is a key component of avoiding violent crime and/or preparing to confront a violent attacker. In this class you will learn that a protection plan is more than becoming proficient with a firearm, and includes situational awareness, avoidance, and preparation in addition to shooting proficiency.
Course LTC
Texas LTC
In the Texas License to Carry (LTC) course you will learn about the main topics pertaining to the carrying of handguns in the state of Texas. The overall objective of this course is to educate students on the responsibilities and laws applicable to handgun license holders. Incudes: Classroom, Range Instruction and Practical Exam.
Course Defensive
Defensive Shooting Fundamentals Level 1
Defensive Shooting Fundamentals will guide you through specific tested methods of armed self-defense. From stance to grip to physical shooting technique, Defensive Shooting Fundamentals Level 1 will help you learn which intuitive skills work best with what your body will naturally do while under stress in a defensive encounter.

Women's Introduction to Basic Pistol

Course Women
Women's Handgun Cleaning Workshop
In this workshop you will gain hands-on experience disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling your own handgun. In the class setting, you will also have the opportunity to learn about maintenance of other handgun types, as you watch other participants work on their own firearms.
Course LTC Women
Women's Only Texas LTC
In the Texas License to Carry (LTC) course you will learn about the main topics pertaining to the carrying of handguns in the state of Texas. The overall objective of this course is to educate students on the responsibilities and laws applicable to handgun license holders.
Course Beginner Defensive Women
Women's Handgun & Self Defense Fundamentals
In this class you will learn the seven basic fundamentals for safe and accurate shooting. The course will help you put those basics into self-defense practice both in the classroom and on the shooting range.
Course CCW
Drawing from Concealment (holsters, carry purses)
In this class you will learn to draw from your chosen method of concealed carry. We will cover holsters of various kinds, and also off-body carry methods such as backpacks and purses. During the class you will get plenty of practice time to help you carry with confidence.

Kat is a certified firearms instructor with the ability to teach any level. She started Fundamental Enlightenment after a violent home invasion in 2014, and is now a certified AG&AG Facilitator and Instructor, NRA Pistol Instructor, USCCA Instructor, and Texas DPS LTC instructor. She teaches men and women how to not be a victim of violent crime.
