• USA Arms does not sell, broker, or arrange firearms, ammunition, accessories, training, transfers, background checks, shipping, or FFL services.
• USA Arms is not a firearms dealer, legal advisor, compliance advisor, safety trainer, or licensing authority.
• Any transaction or other interaction between you and a listed business is solely between you and that business.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of the Service.

Information on the Service is for general information only. It is not legal, safety, compliance, licensing, tax, or business advice. We do not guarantee that listings, events, or any other information are accurate, complete, current, lawful, safe, or suitable for your needs. Verify anything important directly with the business, organizer, or authority.

We may add, edit, merge, remove, rank, label, or display listings and other content at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for anything you send us through a form or by email, such as a correction, a listing request, a document, or a message ("User Content").

The figures, tables, charts and downloads on our statistics pages (/statistics/ and each state’s statistics page) and research studies (/research/) are licensed under CC BY 4.0. You may copy, share, adapt and build on them for any purpose, including commercially and in AI systems, as long as you credit USA Arms and link to the page you used. The rest of the Service, including directory listings, stays under the terms below.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USA Arms, Gwun LLC, and their owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for lost data, lost revenue, lost goodwill, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, legal violations by third parties, or third-party disputes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of USA Arms and Gwun LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you. In those cases, liability is limited to the lowest amount permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless USA Arms, Gwun LLC, and their owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms or law, your violation of third-party rights, your interactions or disputes with third parties, or any prohibited use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and USA Arms agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Florida for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and USA Arms agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and USA Arms regarding the Service.
