• Public records and public datasets, including FFL and license-related public sources where available.
• Public websites, business pages, social links, event or class pages, and other publicly available source pages.
• Web searches, crawlers over related websites from seed datasets, and manual research.
• Business owner submissions, listing claims, listing corrections, and reviewed updates.
• Source markdown, source URLs, and sometimes HTML retained temporarily for quality assurance, provenance, debugging, dispute handling, or accuracy review.

Listings may include business or organization names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, email addresses, owner/instructor/representative names, FFL or license-related information, categories, services, brands, business attributes, hours, coordinates, social media links, images, event/class/activity information, and related details available from public or submitted sources.

Some public records or public websites may include home-based FFLs, sole proprietors, individual instructors, or addresses that may also be personal addresses. USA Arms will review privacy or safety requests in good faith, especially where a listing is inaccurate, closed, duplicated, unsafe, misleading, or creates a reasonable privacy or safety concern.

• Listings may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, miscategorized, or inaccurate.
• Directory records can lag real-world changes.
• Confirm hours, services, pricing, inventory, class schedules, appointment requirements, legal requirements, and availability directly with the listed business or appropriate authority before relying on a listing.

USA Arms works to correct inaccurate listing data, merge duplicates, and remove closed businesses. Send listing corrections through Correct a Listing or send ownership requests through Claim Your Listing.

Include the listing URL, what is wrong or should be changed, correct information, your relationship to the business, and any source or proof supporting the correction.

API access, exports, and bulk data products may include public directory/listing data. Use of USA Arms data outside normal browsing requires authorization and responsible-use controls. Review API Access for the current access path.
