USA Arms does not have a self-serve public API yet. If you need exports, map/tile access, structured directory data, or a data partnership, contact us and describe the use case, volume, geography, and categories you need.

Data access may include directory and listing information displayed publicly on USA Arms or derived from public sources. Such data may include information associated with businesses, sole proprietors, individual instructors, home-based FFLs, owners, representatives, public license records, addresses, phone numbers, websites, emails, categories, coordinates, hours, and related information.

• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, or copy USA Arms data outside authorized Data Services.
• Do not circumvent rate limits, access controls, authentication, robots.txt, headers, API keys, technical restrictions, or usage limits.
• Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, mirror, cache, or provide third-party access to the data unless expressly authorized in writing.
• Do not create a competing directory, map, database, data broker product, enrichment product, or lead list using USA Arms data unless expressly authorized in writing.
• Do not use USA Arms data to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build AI models or competing services unless expressly authorized in writing.
• Do not use USA Arms data for spam, unsolicited marketing, harassment, stalking, doxxing, surveillance, intimidation, targeted lists, discriminatory uses, unlawful conduct, or unlawful firearm/ammunition acquisition.
• Do not remove attribution, copyright, proprietary notices, source labels, disclaimers, or data-quality warnings.

Data Services are provided as is and as available. USA Arms does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, freshness, legality, availability, source continuity, data formatting, uptime, or suitability. Data may contain errors, duplicates, outdated records, missing fields, incorrect categories, geocoding errors, or information that has changed since collection.

Anyone using USA Arms data is responsible for determining and complying with all laws that apply to that use, including privacy, marketing, consumer protection, firearm-related, export, sanctions, anti-spam, data broker, and other laws.

API/export/data licensing needs additional review before launch, especially where listings include home-based FFLs, sole proprietors, individual instructors, names, personal addresses, license data, emails, or phone numbers.
