- Drawing and firing a loaded handgun is allowed only on the Action Pistol Range and only for members certified by the Action Pistol Committee Chair.Firearms will always be treated as if they are loaded; keep muzzles pointed in a safe direction, fingers off the trigger until ready to shoot, and firearms unloaded until ready to use.
