Firearms must be unloaded and in a closed case when moved to and from vehicles; cases may not be opened while the firing line is cold. When the firing line is hot, guns must be removed from and replaced in the case on a shooting bench/table with the muzzle pointed down range.No exploding, tracer or any other incendiary ammunition or target, or situations that might cause a fire.
