- A member with a carry license (CCW or law enforcement) can draw from a holster after having displayed proficiency to a PSC staff member.Buckshot and slug allowed; birdshot is not allowed.Rifles up to and including 308 Winchester are allowed.Shooters between the ages of 10 and 17 are allowed under guardian supervision, or with a member possessing written consent from the minor's guardian.Special permission required for rifle calibers exceeding .308, or handgun calibers exceeding .45.We do not have any rate of fire restrictions.
