• Special projects $40 per hour · Charged as raw material + special tools required + machine time.
• Badger M5 DBM inlet $120 per project · Includes CNC milling of Badger M5 DBM inlet in your stock. Badger M5 DBM purchased separately.
• Barrel channel mod $120 per project · Includes CNC milling of barrel channel in stock to fit larger contour barrel.
• Scope base threads upgrade $125 per project · Includes re-establishing proper hole location with endmill and CNC thread milling holes to 8-40 UNS threads. Rail can be pinned at additional cost.
• Crown & thread muzzle $150 per project · Includes crowning and threading of customer provided barrel. Muzzle brake truing also available at additional cost.
• Bush bolt face $200 per project · Includes machining bolt, turning firing pin, manufacturing and assembly of bushing and final machining.
• Sako / M16 extractor mod $200 per project · Includes turning of bolt to remove old extractor features, build up nose as needed, true bolt nose and face, and CNC mill/drill to install new style extractor.
• Side bolt release mod $200 per project · Includes CNC milling action to add side bolt release and installation of Long Rifles Inc components.
• Action blueprinting $350 per project · Includes truing end face, lug faces and threads in action as well as lugs, cartridge face and nose of bolt. Bushing can be installed in bolt and firing pin turned at additional cost.
• Fit, chamber & muzzle (centerfire) $500 per project · Includes machining barrel blank to fit action, chambering for cartridge, muzzle crowning and/or threading. Barrel blank available at additional cost; additional cost for milling as required.
• Fit, chamber & muzzle (rimfire) $500 per project · Includes machining barrel blank to fit action, chambering for cartridge, muzzle crowning and/or threading. Barrel blank available at additional cost; additional cost for complex tenons.
